(Above) A business card given to the Metterhouse family when
they were considering buying a piece of property
in Rocky Point--then referred to as North Shore Beach.

(Above) On June 13, 1928, the Metterhouse Family purchased lots from
the Daily Mirror. Each lot cost $89.50 and could be paid in installments.
All checks were made payable to the Daily Mirror Subscription Department.
